Bullying, bullying, bullying

Anonymous said...

You talk about bullying of teachers by administrators. Well, word on the street at all the schools is WATCH OUT if the principals at either Van Buren or Jennings get transferred to your school. Both principals are terrorizing their staffs. At one of the schools Human Resources had to swoop in and interview the teachers to get to the bottom of it. Well, the AP took the fall for the principal and she got transferred, but the principal stayed put, so the teachers who were brave enough to speak up about the bullying were stuck there with a principal they had complained about, and the principal was going to go gunning for them, so most of them transferred and got out of there. Supposedly the principals at those two schools are so bad, yet the downtown administration covers for them. Teachers who speak out get the shaft, because they end up having to live with the principal who they complained about and are marked down on their evaluations. The ROSSAC people protect the principals and could care less if they terrorize their teachers. Word on the street is: Do NOT transfer to Jennings or VanBuren and if one of those principals gets transferred to your school, run like hell, because those two principals are horrible. They are incredible micro managers and do nothing but heap criticism on your head and give you bad evaluations if you don't do as they say. Horrible, nasty human beings! Beware everyone who reads this blog! Beware of the two thugs that run Van Buren and Jennings!

Both principals are named JoAnn, the ugliest and stupid name in the history of the planet. No wonder both of them are mean as hell, since they have fugly names like spinster librarians! They probably got teased their whole lives for having such awful names. They got bullied, and so now it is their turn to bully their teachers. What horrible human beings they must be!

It's no accident they are doing this. They're trying to weed out teachers that don't 'fit the system'. It's done to further degrade the system. MaryEllen has put in place all the nasty principals and teachers possible. Now she's working on the rest. It's insidious.

TO: Ms. Elia and School Board and bullying principals cited in readers' comments above, the two JoAnns at Van Buren and Jennings

From: Lee Drury De Cesare

Subject: Tax-subsidized barbarism

The above emails suggest why the administration, board, and their allies are fighting so hard to keep the staff part of the bullying bill from getting implemented. Mr. Gonzalez falsely claimed the House Bill 669 to apply to only students at Candy Olson's urging.

Lee's comment: You will see in the
HB bullying bill below that adult staff is covered as well as students. This adult part of the bill is what Candy Olson set Tom Gonzalez to deny. He is wrong, and I am going to ask the Florida Bar to censure him for twisting the law.

I think I have finally nagged a teacher who lives in South Tampa close to the Bay Shore into considering challenging Candy next election. The key to changing the way the
ROSSAC Mafiosi run the schools is to replace the complicit board members, especially the ones without either inclination or courage to "clean up the schools" as they promised and will promise on the stump. I plan to lay out for the opponents of Griffin and Falliero in the next election just how bad their performances have been on the board. Griffin and Falliero have no initiative of their own: they are both Ms. Elia's androids.

The key to the bullying problem in the schools by administrators, principals, and the Professional Standards home-
ec credentialed sadist Linda Kipley is this bullying bill that ROSSAC and the board are trying so hard to bifurcate so that it covers only students and not staff too as the bill clearly says is covered. This is the tool that teachers can use to stop the ROSSAC bullying policy.

Under the bullying bill as written by the legislature, teachers can file bullying charges against the principals described above. The
CTA must pitch in and help teachers get a lawyer to guide the teachers who will be more energetic than the character Steve Kemp had recommended by CTA.

The lawyer for a bullied teacher needs to demand a public hearing in the board room. That's open government: the board and administration now make all decisions behind closed door.

What the administration, board, and such complicit bullies as the two
JoAnns described in the emails above fear is exposure of their low tactics.

Parents don't want teachers bullied. Children don't want their teachers bullied. The public won't put up with this bullying of teachers if we can get the word out to them. I intend to debrief Griffin's and
Falliero's opponents and ask them to challenge the incumbents to explain why they have ignored the bullying of teachers and why they have agreed to truncating the bullying law to omit adult staff. Both will claim they don't know about it. Either they don't do their homework, or they lie. The public doesn't like lazy liars sitting on school boards.

This bill will be a bulwark against the current open season on teachers as bullying targets. We need just one gutsy teacher who will file a bullying charge, get a lawyer with the
CTA's help, and waltz the board and administration through a public airing of this ugly abuse of teachers by the ROSSAC power-hungry sadists.

I have good feelings about the successful challenge of the board and administration's not carrying out the bullying law as it is written. This problem lands in the Secretary of Education's lap. He can't ignore it. I won't let him. lee

(7)(a) The physical location or time of access of a computer-related incident cannot be raised as a defense in any disciplinary action or prosecution initiated under this section.
(b) This section does not apply to any person who uses data or computer software that is accessed through a computer, computer system, or computer network when acting within the scope of his or her lawful employment or investigating a violation of this section in accordance with school district policy.
(8) Distribution of safe schools funds to a school district provided in the 2009-2010 General Appropriations Act is contingent upon and payable to the school district upon the Department of Education approval of the school district's bullying and harassment policy. The department's approval of each school district's bullying and harassment policy shall be granted upon certification by the department that the school district's policy has been submitted to the department and is in substantial conformity with the department's model bullying and harassment policy as mandated in subsection (5). Distribution of safe schools funds provided to a school district in fiscal year 2010-2011 and thereafter shall be contingent upon and payable to the school district upon the school district compliance with all reporting procedures contained in this section.
(9) On or before January 1 of each year, the Commissioner of Education shall report to the Governor, the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives on the implementation of this section. The report shall include pertinent data collected pursuant to paragraph (4) (k).
(10) Nothing in this section shall be construed to abridge the rights of students or school employees that are protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

Section 2. If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are declared severable.
Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.

Speaking of bullying, did you know Ms. Smith of Alafia fame has a sweet cushy job in the district office doing something with old textbooks?

Isn't it curious that this woman did such a terrible job she required special psychological help and yet she was so easily transferred to ROSSAC? If this keeps up, the place will become a tax payer supported halfway house for sociopaths.

I don't think Mary Ellen will do much about the bullies you wrote about. Frankly, I am not sure how many of her bully-buds can be accommodated at the district level before it become an embarrassment.

Oh wait, no one on the board has the courage to challenge her. She can actually get away with it with impunity.

Great job Lee. Keep em squirming.

Lee did no one else ever notice how many hillsborough county school principals died in the last several years??? TOO MANY. Just do a searh. I can count a few .. the AP or P from Stewart. The P from Alexander (cindy benitez who died mysteriously and whose family is suing or has successfully sued the hospital for her treatment Sorry cindy but it has to come out and using your name is the only way I can do so) The principal from Plant fell off a roof, Kevin McCarthy from Robinson HEART ATTACK in vehicle after he found drugs in a student's back pack. I know about those vehicle 'heart attacks' as that's the way my sister was murdered so her property could be STOLEN after fireman set her house on fire and that did not kill her immediately. There's at least seven more. Probably more. This is all I can name off the top of my head but it's high, suspicious number of deaths and statistically very telling.
Sudden retirements and mysteriously debilitating illnesses bring it up to NO SCHOOL in this county has the same admin as when maryElled slithered in to the spot. It's NOT JUST BULLYING. We need to NOT give up pursuing the FBI. We need to get together and write lawyerly letters to the FBI, DOJ and anyone else who can do something ...
Cindy Benitez, by the way, was going to run for School Super. She was enormously popular and just as interesting is that she graduated from Tampa Catholic in the same year as Connie Milito. Now that will ring some bells.

Every teacher at Van Buren and Jennings should file complaints against their principals with CTA if the principals continue to harass them.

What I don't understand is why the ROSSAC officials don't teach the principals not to micromanage and to bully teachers. I guess it is because they apparently want the teachers to be bullied. Otherwise they would tell the principals not to bully or harass teachers at their meetings.

MENENDEZ, CINDY BENITEZ, 45, of Tampa, died Wednesday (Jan. 14, 2004). A lifelong resident of Tampa, she was a graduate of Tampa Catholic High School and received degrees in education and administration from the University of South Florida. She worked for the Hillsborough County School District for more than 23 years and was the principal of Alexander Elementary School. Survivors include her husband, Ralph; two sons, Bryan and Justin; her mother, Orlinda "Ollie" Benitez; and a sister, Belinda Serrano. Gonzalez Funeral Home, Tampa.

Halfway house for sociopaths! That is funny but sad at the same time, because it is so true. ROSSAC is probably filled with people who belong in jail or a mental institution. It is so sad.

Vox, I like your style, but your comments seem a little far fetched. Maybe not impossible, but it sounds like a conspiracy theory.

But you never know. Even if we do not buy into a conspiracy theory the principal die offs might be explained by what a stressful job it is (with Elia as the leader intimidating and probably bullying them as well) coupled with the fact that they have learned to be so mean to their teachers. When you are mean 24/7 sometimes your body can not take it. You eat yourself alive metaphorically. You kill yourself by spreading so much negativity and hate. Of course, there are those who don't die if a nuclear bomb explodes (like cockroaches and MaryEllen Elia).

The schools are alreayd taxpayer supported halfway houses for sociopaths. That's got to be one of the funniest sentences I've ever read. Thank you. Pity the children. Those who purport to help them most are just there for the money and the trafficking opportunity.

Vox Populi said...

It's statistically impossible for that many school principals to die in such a short period and there not be something of a conspiracy afoot. Anything that folks don't like or don't want to believe they throw 'conspiracy' at. Yet, no one finds it a bit odd that a healthy man of 39 found dope in a kid's backpack, had a HUGE deal with the school nurse because she was the one who tried to hide it or put it there and then died in his car of an alleged heart attack. AND after nine or so tampa trib articles about kevin mccarthy, former principal of robinson high school finding the dope and then dying LESS THAN A WEEK OR TWO LATER you see there is nothing to be found on this subject in a lengthy search of both bay area newspapers and the entirety of google. Why is that?
Poisoning people in their cars and causing them to have heart attacks or I should say 'heart attacks' in their cars is nothing new. This is old mob-related behavior occurring since at least the early 30's.
That way they get away with murder.
My own sister died in her car.
Same way. Which is what made it murder rather than odd because I knew my sister had been murdered. It was the second attempt on her life in a short time. The first was her house burning down. And when this principal died the same way, it was obviously murder.
They're not heart attacks but a shortness of breath and when the person can't catch their breath and the windows are up a certain numbness to the lungs and other organs (eyes, pharynx, nasal cavities, etc...) much like one would experience snorting pure cocaine but in ALL the organs.
If it's not spoken of they'll just keep getting away with murdering people this way.
In the Tampa tribune there was an article at least BI monthly but more often monthly about a school p or ap dying. All in the space of a year or so. You can naysay that but the fact is there's way too many of them and these were NOT mean people but GOOD people. The mean assholes are still running around. Obviously.
My grandfather was aware of this mob method of murder, passed on to bikers and other drug dealers. My question if I could ask my beloved grandpa today would be, "WHY did people keep quiet about it??"
I think I know why. Because it does sound crazy. Lee is a nurse. She would know there are chemicals that can cause these symptoms. ANY chemist can tell you that a heart attack can be promulgated by a mix of simple chemicals. They are murders. Plain and simple. One nurse who was investigating all of the 'lung-related' deaths which cropped up a few years back was murdered in this fashion at her desk. (they spread it across the keyboard and floor area I have samples of the shit where they used it in my mother's house) I'll get the name of the nurse. Can't recall it at the moment. A very young woman and well-loved. Also a young teacher who died in this fashion and also well-loved. Husband writes a memorial every year on the anniversary. Cindy Benitez was murdered likely because she would have gotten that job instead of elia. The others? Had to get them out of the way because what they're doing in the schools has nothing to do with teaching. Use your imagination. THAT is what they are doing in our schools.
End of story.
This is all a matter of public record. When things make me go WTF??? I look into it. The Stewart Elementary principal was another one. There are others.
If you got every article the Tampa Tribune printed that mentioned faculty in the schools dying you would understand that there are way WAY too many. But they are disappeared from an online search. I have all of them around here somewhere. Because it (to me) was pretty obvious. BUT I may be more sensitive to murder since at least three people in my family were murdered .... (father, nephew, sister) I never realized it until my nephew was murdered and then began to research. Also an uncle car-wrecked in a murder attempt which brain-damaged a cousin for life. You can't make this stuff up.

Here's some advice: if you ever feel shortness of breath or VERY ILL in your vehicle or sitting at any public desk or chair do this ...
GET INTO THE FRESH AIR immediately in as populated a spot as possible.

Stop your car in a safe place and walk around outside your car.

Vox Populi said...

and so obviously, cindy's credentials alongside maryEllen's would have made her the candidate. We missed out on the kennedy administration due to murder and got stuck with the elia administratin due to murder .... I get all my info from the local papers and knowledge gleaned from anatomy, physiology and family background... and voracious reading. (she had degrees!!!!)

But what kind of drug or fumes or whatever causes people to die in their cars? Kevin McCarthy died with his wife and child or children in his car, if I remember the newspaper article back when it first happened. Why didn't they die, if the mob put some chemical in his car? How do they kill people in their car as you say?

It's put in the air vents or sprayed on the engine block to come through the car as you drive. Sometimes you can tell because you start feeling very angry, and you look cross because you get those lines between your eyes because of what it's doing to your tissue and such and some of it makes your skin very red like you have been sunburned but a weird red. Also you can feel it on your skin and your lips sticky sometimes in the car depending on your interior ... like the symptoms of walking into some chemicals they use at water plants and such. Not long back there was a guy arrested for threatening to blind mark ober by putting lyme powder in his car heater vents. This was in the tampa tribune. Maybe four years ago. We'd been experiencing stuff in our car before that and then THAT was published. I kinda knew something was up but couldn't put my finger on it because they use different chemicals, not always the same ones. The kids would be in the back seat. The wife might not have been overcome. Maybe they applied it to his seat AND where it would blow right at him in his car and/or walking through it towards his car, maybe in his food. We've been poisoned at fast food chains and other restaurants.. From what I remember he hadn't driven very far ... There's tiles I pulled up from my mother's house where they used similar stuff (like a sluicing quality) wherever someone sat. (where she watched tv, used the computer, had an easy chair ALSO IT IS USED ON FURNITURE) It creates a very toxic fume like in the fashion they kill termites. I've found it on our floor before when people used to be able to get in our house. You can tell .. your eyes start watering and if you're even a little suspicious as I am you look around you can find it. I preseved the spot carefully along with other things. I was very puzzled by many things as I started becoming aware of what was going on, but gradually the whole picture is coming together. I have a few samples of the stuff which I won't disclose here how I have them but they're safe and preserved. (they were used on our house or car or personal belonings and also spread across a keyboard once while I was at the library .. the stupid lady who was spreading it actually handed me the tissue. This stuff is pinkish/red in color and VERY VERY strong smell to this day. SOMEONE could identify it, my background in chemistry is not that advanced that I can identify it by smeil.
Once you are aware they are doing this (and 98 percent of people probably are not) you can actually feel it as you approach your car. Much the same way you would feel termite spray if you walked into it, I presume. Sometimes flies will be all around your car or dragonflies which is what makes me think it's sometimes termite spray.
Just like with the poisoning of water this would be hard to prove which is why I have patientlhy gathered proof where I find it. With the poisoned water to the home they just redirect the good, clean water if you complain or go get it tested. the worst of this substance(s) would mostly be burned off by engine heat but there would HAVE to be traces of it. I noted on our old car that it was so corrosive it was causing paint to flake where I suspect they apply it through the radiator perhaps onto the engine. IN another car it was very easy to break into and had cloth seats and would cause ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS because they could spray the seats with it and you would itch from it. Now I know why my Grandpa always had his seats covered. Back aches, headaches, aching like flu. Soon as you got out of the car it would go away. You would feel very sick depending on the amt used.

VERY CLOSE to the symptoms of a heart attack. Once a mechanic tried to say that maybe it was this or that but ... the lie was revealed because it wasn't always LIKE THAT. I'll go ahead and add Lawton Chiles and Phyllis Busansky to the mix. Both found dead ... more on that some other time.
Sometimes the passenger is also VERY effected. If you ever feel angry in your car or suddenly your passenger displays signs of unwarranted anger one of the substances they use is the cause. Kevin McCarthy's wife is also a doctor. I can understand her shock and agony. I had hope that she would know by looking at his heart that it wasn't his heart. But, maybe she never did look at it. It's difficult to look at your loved ones after trauma to them or sudden death. Obviously you only think later because you are in terrible shock.
The last point I'll make along this line today is that they also spray a substance on things that you always touch: your gate, your car handle, your mailbox, steering wheel ... it sends a temporary numbness up your arm and wrist and I imagine that tricks many into going to the hospital to be checked.
A. you can feel the stuff.
b. it goes away quickly.
We've learned to use that sanitizing stuff to get it off our hands. I have stuff that it has been sprayed on preserved.
I can't count the number of things that could be but paraquat comes to mind.
Thanks for listening.
One day if you didn't live so far away I would drive my car to your house and you could see for yourself. But it doesn't last any longer than a few miles, maybe five miles. If it's a cold day it takes longer to feel it in the car. A hot day the car will be absolutely fetid.

This is how I glean that they spray into the interior and onto the engine because the differential in whether it is effective right away or not as in the cold weather where your engine takes longer to warm up. You can also get out and park the car and let the worst of it burn off. Sometimes I do that and leave the car running and it's better after you open the windows. This has been done to five cars. Three of which I have put away. It's almost the perfect crime.
People DO know about it, too. I will disclose this to you one day.(who knows about it sick and dangerous people who have intimated to me their knowledge of what is done to peoples' cars)
Lee they burnt our house down when I was getting ready to enter high school. For a trade off they paid to take us to the fair and gave my poor family some clothes to get us through. After we lost everything !! (how they must have laughed, then later burnt down my sister's home and tried to burn this one down)
So .. the sick batards plan it and then 'make it up to the children' in their sick, twisted way. I am working on a book. Not that Kevin McCarthy's son didn't deserve to be quarterback but the bastards were 'making up to him' for murdering his father. Nice trade-off, huh?
Somewhere inside people know I am right. It wouldn't matter if you kept your car in a garage .. they just walk up to it in any parking lot. I conjecture this is why the mob always has someone 'watch the ride.'
And I am done with this today. Frankly, it makes me almost sicker to talk about sick people doing this to others than it does to live through it.
BUT if we keep the secret they'll get away with it for always. If people become aware they'll be more watchful until eventually this blows up on the perpetrators. It doesn't bring anyone back to life but it DOES perhaps help others.
Also from some stuff I read about fire retardant being found in womens' breast milk I toy with the idea that this is also something they use. Whatever it is they can do it very quickly.
This is also part of how I knew the FBI would do nothing at least locally. Someone kept trying to get me to call them with this information but somehow or another I gleaned that they would then take the evidence and dispose of it while calling the person crazy.
LEE I am FLUMMOXED that someone actually ADMITTED that they were HIRED to make a man look crazy.
The Erwin syndrome. BIG MONEY shut that down.
I often wonder how the judge in that case is faring. AND the attorney. The attorneys in florida like to leave people alone in a wasteland of no representation and if they don't like the way an attorney behaves they'll try to get them disbarred for asinine reasons.
Also I have called the tampa fire marshals who were a little too anxious to see 'what I have' and then proceeded to follow me around for a month when I declined to meet with them and hand over my evidence. They're corrupt. And that's how I found out they are armed. I had no idea. I learn as I go along in a 'by the seat of my pants' fashion. I honestly thought that people would be SHOCKED that someone would burn my sister's home down and then live in her property and ALSO BE RELATED TO a tampa fireman but ... not the case at all. They seemed to expect my call and mainly wanted to see 'what I had' so they could then set up a scenario where I was crazy or that it was yknow 'accidental.' All this craziness and accidents but my family and others .. the bodies are piling up around us. Cindy Benitez was a very nice lady. Very cool. Actually LOVED children. You see how we have been robbed. I of my family, others of their family, and Hillsborogh County of good and decent people. And there is nowhere to turn .. they have it all on lock where whomever you try to raise the issues with, they're relatd to or in business wiht them.
Okay, I'm exhausted.
more another time.

Here's a link to cars being outfitted to poison and fill the air with poison. My belief is also that at times they re-direct a hose and do something with that. Because two different dodge vans this occurred in that was the case. Redirecting exhaust into the car and don't know what they were doing with the other ... but you could tell they had done something i won't disclose here.

here's the link. http://www.au.af.mil/au/awc/awcgate/ndu/forum127.htm
