I got a message from a reader about two principals' bullying two teachers at two schools. I have to go to bed now; I'm tired .

Some of these prinicpals would make you sick. They are mean and bully their staff. They have power, and they abuse it, but watch when they go to a meeting with Elia. They grovel and kiss her butt. They are total cowards to the people above them, and I guess since they have been kissing butt their whole lives, they stomp on anyone below them to get rid of their aggression. Horrible human beings. Yes, teachers who read this blog, do not apply for a job at Van Buren or Jennings. Also, if those principals get transferred to your school, start up a strategy. Every teacher needs to join CTA and bombard CTA with calls about these two and keep it up until they get transferred downtown. The staff at any given school who gets these two turds needs to join together and kick back. The only hope is that the two jerks get transferred downtown where they will make a good salary but be away from teachers. That is what will happen. They will torture the teachers until the teachers rebel and then the school board will move them downtown to avoid a scandal. So they will be rewarded for treating their staff like shit. Advice to Van Buren and Jennings staffs: Send in anonymous complaints to the Tampa Trib and the St. Pete Times about these two constantly for everything they do. If they want to micromanage and make your lives a living hell, make theirs a living hell back.

It must be that ROSSAC teaches pricipals to be mean and evil to their staff. This must be why Tom Gonzalez is lying about the bullying law and trying to say it really only applies to students. He and ROSSAC do not want teachers to realize it applies to them and that ROSSAC has to legally do something about principals bullying teachers. They don't want to do anything, because they must be telling their principals to bully teachers. Unbelievable. Lee is right. These people are utter turds.
