Ms. Cobbe: Please send me this public information:

1. a list of the federal grants that the school system currently has;

2. a copy of Mr. Gonzalez's written assessment of the contract and his advice to the board on the contract that I infer Ms. Valdez's office handled.

The board evidently did not purchase the expensive catastrophic insurance coverage that would have covered the collapse of part of the building.

I want to see a copy of the written recommendation by Mr.. Gonzalez to the board to determine if he advised them that it would be prudent to purchase that catastrophic insurance to cover such things as collapse of part of the building.
