Dear Ms. DeCesare:

In response to your request for this office's "findings on the unprofessional conduct of the three administrators involved in the dereliction of duty" in the "Kemp-case," no such records exist.

Linda, I assert that I filed the charges against the three administrators involved in the Steve Kemp case in his administrative frame-up for child abuse. I don't think it was they who filed a Professional Standards charge against Kemp. They were just playing along with Ms. Elia's power pathology to keep their jobs. I think Ms. Elia did when she picked up the rumor filed the child-abuse charge or sent Smiley to file it.

Ms. Elia used apocryphal information to hang a charge on Kemp because he has an education blogs, and blogs' commenting on anything about the schools are an anathema to the administration and school board. They want only the Community Office's sanitized data to go out about the schools.

I asked your office for the emails that I infer cover the time that Kipley should have received the charges from me. I await those. Pray send them.

My records say I filed the charges against the three Special-ed administrators who were involved with the charges. The administration cannot get away with claiming no professional-standards charges were not filed when they were. I filed them.

That trick was played on me when I filed against Dr. Hamilton for using the emails for his personal pursuits a couple of years ago when Ms. Elia and Ms. Kipley had cooked up charges against Bart Birsall for using the school emails for his persoal business. I fell for the claim that the charges I filed had not been filed then but have smartened up to board and administration tactics in which persiflage and flat-out lying are are routine strategies; don't expect me to fall for this scam again.

I have asked three times your office to send me the literature on the Professional Standards Office. Every business has a copy of such procedures in its central procedures manual. If the school system does not have one, it's management is highly remiss in professionalism. I also add a request for Linda Kipley's job description.

Lee Drury De Cesare

Don't give up, but meanwhile they lie, lie, lie and keep saying they never got the request. These are flat out criminals who run the schools!
