sometimes using their words and their format gets better results. The reasonn for this is is that their words, and their rules, when used against them, may be the most powerful tool you can have.
They ignore everything else, no matter how adroit or astute it may be.
They know they are dumb as horse shit or they wouldn't go on and on at every board meeting about this award they picked up or that honor that was bestowed on them. It is a running joke among teachers about how the school board meetings are nothing but a chance to pat each other on the back. It is like when some guy tells everyone how great he is over and over and over. The whole room knows he has low self esteem, otherwise he wouldn't feel the need to say it over and over. Same with the school board. A bunch of losers, and the entire county knows it. That is also why they let Elia be their boss, when they are supposed to act as her boss. LOSERS! Lee is so right. They are all C level students who faked their way to an "important" position. Frauds!
