Counselor Solis: If you say--as is ritually but disingenuously claimed by publicly paid bureaucrats--that USF is an "equal-employment-opportunity" employer, where in Title VII or in relevant laws do you get this exception when universities employ law firms?
I continue to await the answer to my question about how much the taxpayers via USF paid the Gonzalez firm in the last fiscal year. As a separate item, I wanted to know the dollar value of the work Gonzalez did for the university.
I recall that Le Gonzalez gutted the First Amendment in the Sami AlArian case even though the faculty and students opposed the anti-Constitutional First Amendment wipe-out implemented by Gonzalez for the rednecks on the board and administration to make void free speech at the university.
I see from your recent riposte that with a lawyer of the USF legal bullpen, one must speak by the card, or equivocation will undo the innocent. So I couch my inquiries with care and in fear and trembling.
I would like to know in dollar amounts a. How much USF via taxpayers paid the Gonzalez firm last year in total and b. how much of that work Tom Gonzalez did and c. what percentage of the total in dollar amount his take was for the firm's coffers.
If the linguistics of this question is not coincident with your rhetorical preciosity, pray say so and be specific. I am an amateur at this game, so go easy on me. I see from our exchanges that taxpayers get the shaft from language smartaleks whom they subsidize comme vous. Plus c'est pitie. bien sur.
The which said, I would as well like to know as a taxpayer the caliber of USF legal help we taxpayers subsidize malgre moismemes. Please tell me a. what university you got your law degree from; b. whether you were a member of Law Review; and c. whether you have argued a case before the Supreme Court. If so, pray cite it so that I may review your performance to admire its subtlety.
I am not y-chromosome rather x-chromosome. sirrah. I am sure that this datum will ratchet up your condescension, but whatever, let 'er rip. Sexism is ubiquitous, especially in universities. The only difference is that the grammar is better in the so-called citadels of learning.

I would like to know if Tom Gonzalez is the attorney the university uses in its legal business with the workers and faculty, and if those are not areas of his employment at USF, is he at all employed by the university at all, in what area, and what was his salary last year?
We answered that question for you in our response (see below). We can only respond to what you specifically ask for and not what you may have meant or intended.
I interpret your email below as a new public records request because it’s asking something different than your original request seeking salary information.
