Subject: Lack of Oversight

I discovered last week that the FHSAA Consent and Release of Liability Form clearly requires both parents signatures for student athletes. This form can be viewed online at the FHSAA website.. However, the school district of Hillsborough County only bothers to have one parent sign. This leaves the taxpayers without a complete release of liability for all those student athletes. Thought you would want to add this to your list of failures for the school district.

Keep up the good work.

I got a couple of emails saying Gonzalez handles employee issues at USF. I am getting the skinny below. We are not helpless here. I know Dr. Roy Weatherford, a big cheese in the union and will ask for his help. lee

If he does, the employees at USF are totally screwed also. What kind of lawyer wants to screw thousands of employees? What kind of person is he?

Subject: public information

Dr. Visot:

I cannot find where to send a request for public information. Therefore, pray send this to the right person for a response to my request:

I would like to know if Tom Gonzalez is the attorney the university uses in its legal business with the workers and faculty, and if those are not areas of his employment at USF, is he at all employed by the university at all, in what area, and what was his salary last year?

Thank you.

Linda Cobbe of the Public Affairs Laundromat is finding out how much it will cost me to get the total paid the Gonzalez team in the Erwin Case defending the ROSSAC crooks which he lost. I also ask what it would cost for the information of how much money his salary has equalled in the six years he has worked for the school system. lee
